Beta Notice: These Terms & Conditions apply to the current beta version of MACCOVA. Features, functionality, pricing, and policies may change as we continue to develop the platform.

By accessing or using MACCOVA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. About MACCOVA
MACCOVA is an AI-powered interior design platform that allows users to upload room images and receive AI-generated design concepts. During beta, features may be incomplete, changed, or removed without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services or have permission from a parent or guardian where applicable.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the Services lawfully, avoid uploading unlawful or infringing content, and not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
5. AI-Generated Designs
Designs generated by AI are provided for inspiration only. They may not be accurate, buildable, safe, code-compliant, or suitable for your specific space. You are responsible for verifying all recommendations before acting on them.
6. Intellectual Property
MACCOVA and its branding, logo, software, and content are owned by or licensed to MACCOVA. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant MACCOVA the rights necessary to process it to provide the Services.
7. Beta Service Disclaimer
The beta service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or that all features will function as expected.
8. Future Shopping Features
Any product recommendations, pricing, availability, or shopping links shown during future releases are provided for convenience only and may change without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MACCOVA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the beta platform if these Terms are violated or to protect the security and integrity of the Services.
